Cancellation Policy

 Membership cancellations are only accepted via certified mail or brought to either Fit For Me locations. 

 30 days notification prior to billing date required for month to month memberships . 12 months of membership dues must be fulfilled before cancellation is accepted for 12 month contract memberships. A receipt will be given for your documentation. Members will receive a copy of signed contract and  cancellation policy at time of joining.
