- Classes can be modified high/low. Classes are all about you. Do what YOU are comfortable with but don't forget a bit of a challenge is a great way to burn more calories and tone quicker.
- Clean and sturdy shoes are required for all classes except Yoga and Belly dancing.
- Any medical conditions should be cleared with doctor prior to participating in classes.
- Studies show fitness classes give your body quicker results because of the constant change of routine. We encourage you to try as many classes that your schedule will allow.
- Don't forget to try our NEW CLASSES. We now offer ZUMBA on Monday afternoons and Saturday mornings with our NEW amazing instructor Kelly. We also have a fabulous Fat Burning class on Friday morning with Gail. To start your day right, try the Yoga on Wednesday at 5:30am with Melissa. YOU WILL LOVE THIS NEW ADDITION TO OUR SCHEDULE!
